GRANOLA RECIPE YUM YUM IN MY TUMMY


I am on a somewhat on a healthy crusade at the moment. I love something that is quick and deliscous for breakfast . The granola shown in the above picture can be eaten by its self, with milk or yogurt as shown above.


Mecachu's Granola recipe:


31/2 cups rolled oats ( quaker oats whole )

1/2 cup mixed nuts or thin almonds( what ever you like)

3 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon sea salt(or regular salt-it makes me swell)

1/4 cup canola oil ( I use a bit less so it will not be oily)

3 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup ( very pricey but tastes good- imitation is fine also)

2 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract (a bit more pricey- imitation is fine also)

*******Preheat the oven to 375, Bake for about 20 minutes for soft chewy granola or for 25 minutes for crunchy granola.

HA! Hey I am very new to this and I think it is very exciting to be able to blog blog blog my brains out!lol

Well My cyber name is Mecachu. I love fashion(thats awkward); hair ( that is unique); music ( that is not ordinary); and FOOD ! My blog will feature those things. I hope it will not be boring and I hope that people will swing by and leave comments if that is possible.
